Hand Trucks

Since my post on hand trucks was deleted by someone trying to fix the layout of this blog, I will post another article on hand trucks.

10 Uses for a Hand Truck

Here are 10 uses for a hand truck.

1. To move a stack of boxes.

2. To move a piece of furniture, such as a chest of drawers or a book shelf.

3. To move an appliance. (We don’t recommend this because appliances have a
tenancy to fall off the hand truck.)

4. To move small heavy objects, like an engine block or a small engine.

5. To haul Firewood.

6. To move a full barrel of any kind of liquid.

7. To move a bucket full of garden tools, such as shovels, rakes, or hoes.

8. To lift an end of a big or long heavy object, so you can put a block under it
for easier grabbing.

9. To move a store display case or a chest style freezer. This will require two
hand trucks, one on each end.

10. To move a store mannequin, or a live person that is in your way. Just kidding
on the live person bit. It has been done before, but is not recommended,
they move to much.

With all of these uses for a hand truck, you should have one on hand at all times.
